Ready for a "fashion shower"?

The best moment to present your capsule collection ? In Paris, just in the middle of the fashion week, ca va sans dire! Maybe Anna must have thought this way.....probably to avoid to pass unnoticed! Sorrounded by an army of clones and an endless array of fashion friends/blogger/people/stylist gathered at the night club "Paradis Latin", togheter with the sparkling range of accessories she also presented the video "Fashion Shower" in which she gives 10 fashion advices. We bet it will become a blockbuster?

By the way, the ADR capsule collection will be available starting from today in H&M selected shops (otherwise, what's the fun?). Go Anna, go!

Il momento migliore per presentare la tua capsule collection ? A Parigi, nel bel mezzo del delirio della settimana della moda, ca va sans dire! Così deve aver pensato Anna Dello Russo. Forse per non passare inosservata, ma tanto non sarebbe successo nemmeno avesse scelto Buccinasco in una giornata di Novembre. Circondata da uno stuolo di cloni e da una serie infinita di fashion friends-blogger-people-stylist tutti radunati al night club "Paradis Latin", oltre alla scintillante serie di accessori ha presentato anche "Fashion Shower", il video che contiene i 10 comandamenti dello styling impartiti direttamente dalla vestale della moda. Scommettiamo che diventerà un tormentone?

In the moment: varsity Jacket

Varsity Jacket is back. Easy to wear with dresses and skirts for a 50's style, I particularly like it paired with a straight trousers, slippers and a shirt. Perfectly simple.

Quest'anno vedremo il grande ritorno della giacca college, un capo semplice da indossare su abiti e gonne per un mood vagamente anni '50. A me piace particolarmente abbinata con pantaloni a sigaretta, scarpe maschili e camicia.

Velvet, the winter essential

This winter we are going to become modern queens: velvet, the most royale and preciuos fabric is back! Bottega Veneta propose it in evening dresses while Giorgio Armani created daily outfits made of slim cut mini dresses and large sweaters in the shades of blue and black. Versace is much more eccentric with coats in very bright colours but my favourite proposal is the one of Balmain where velvet has been paired with leather for a modern and stylish result.

Quest'inverno ci trasformeremo in moderne regine: il velluto, tessuto regale e prezioso per antonomasia, viene infatti riproposto nelle collezioni di molti stilisti. Se Bottega Veneta lo pensa per abiti da sera sensuali, Giorgio Armani lo sdogana creando ampie maglie e minidress dai tagli slim nei colori del blu e del nero perfetti anche per il giorno. Molto più eccentriche le creazioni di Versace con cappotti dai colori sgargianti, ma la proposta che preferisco è quella di Balmain dove il velluto viene abbinato alla pelle per un risultato moderno e grintoso.
